TrendHora (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing a safe and satisfactory shopping experience for all customers.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can request a refund, replacement, or return of products purchased from TrendHora.com.

Please read carefully: Refunds and returns are accepted only if the customer submits a valid unboxing video and a clear reason for return. Orders that do not meet this condition are not eligible for refund or return.

Eligibility for Refund & Return

A product is eligible for refund or return if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The customer provides a clear unboxing video showing the product condition immediately upon delivery.
  2. The customer provides a valid reason for return, including but not limited to:
    • Damaged product
    • Defective product
    • Wrong item received
  3. The request for refund or return is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  4. The product is in original condition and has not been misused or tampered with.

Important:

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Requests with invalid or insufficient reasons will not be processed.
Refund Process
  1. Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
  2. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, usually 3–7 working days.
  3. Refund will be for the product value only. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
Replacement / Exchange Process
  1. If you prefer a replacement, it will be shipped after verification of the unboxing video and approval of the return request.
  2. The replacement product will be shipped to the same address used for the original order.
  3. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the product and packaging immediately upon receiving the item.
  2. Send the unboxing video and reason for return to:

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video submitted
  • Invalid or unclear reason for return
  • Product misused, damaged by customer, or missing parts
  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
