This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can request a refund, replacement, or return of products purchased from TrendHora.com.
Please read carefully: Refunds and returns are accepted only if the customer submits a valid unboxing video and a clear reason for return. Orders that do not meet this condition are not eligible for refund or return.
Eligibility for Refund & Return
A product is eligible for refund or return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The customer provides a clear unboxing video showing the product condition immediately upon delivery.
- The customer provides a valid reason for return, including but not limited to:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item received
- The request for refund or return is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is in original condition and has not been misused or tampered with.
Important:
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Requests with invalid or insufficient reasons will not be processed.
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, usually 3–7 working days.
- Refund will be for the product value only. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
Replacement / Exchange Process
- If you prefer a replacement, it will be shipped after verification of the unboxing video and approval of the return request.
- The replacement product will be shipped to the same address used for the original order.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund or return:
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the product and packaging immediately upon receiving the item.

Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- No unboxing video submitted
- Invalid or unclear reason for return
- Product misused, damaged by customer, or missing parts
- Requests made after 7 days from delivery
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
